Our pottery is made by hand after an order is placed. If we have what you want in stock, we’ll ship it immediately. If not, please allow a 4-8 week lead-time. This is particularly true for large orders. If you provide an email address, we will send you an order confirmation and estimated delivery date.
We accept Mastercard and VISA, or advance payment by check. We respect your private information, and keep it secure. Please DO NOT send credit card info via email. Cards will be charged when we ship. Oregon does not have a sales tax.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service within the continental U.S. Orders totaling less than $50, add $10. Orders $50-$150, add $15. Over $150, add 10%. Every effort is made to ship our pottery with care. Please notify us within 5 days of receipt if there is damage or shortage, and we will make it good. Important: save the boxes and packaging for UPS insurance inspection.
Since our pottery is handmade, natural variations from the pictures on this site are inevitable. Vineware is intentionally unique in its handles and other embellishments. The pieces you receive will be substantially similar to the ones you see here and of equal quality, but not identical.
If you choose to return a piece, you must pay for shipping, insurance and either our cost of shipping a replacement, or if you wish a refund, a 10% restocking charge.
Wholesale accounts are welcomed at Fire Works Pottery. We may ask for business credentials/ references for first time orders.
